CluesBucks Terms & Conditions:
- CluesBucks are loyalty points that are credited to your ShopClues Account, every time you make a purchase.
- One CluesBucks is equivalent to Re. 1.
- You can redeem these loyalty points on your next shopping at ShopClues.
- You can earn CluesBucks on listed prepaid orders, as part of contests and promotions.
- In case of Cancellation/Return of COD Orders or Prepaid Orders made using CluesBucks, your Refund will be credited in the form of CluesBucks.
- CluesBucks can be redeemed to make purchases on Shopclues. You can also use CluesBucks to make partial payment of the total order value. While placing the order, you can redeem the amount of CluesBucks in your account on the Cart page.
- Expiry / Validity of CluesBucks in case of Refund of an Order where CluesBucks have been used:
- If CluesBucks with no expiry date are used for placing an order, the refunded CluesBucks would also have unlimited validity
- If the order has CluesBucks with expiry date gone past by the time the refund is processed, the refunded CluesBucks would have an expiry date of 15 days from the date of refund
- If expiry date of the refunded CluesBucks is less than 15 days at the time of refund, corresponding CluesBucks will have an expiry date of 15 days
- If expiry date of the refunded CluesBucks is more than 15 days at the time of refund, corresponding CluesBucks will have an expiry date same as earlier
- CluesBucks have an expiry date, which means that they will not be available after a fixed time period.
- In case you have won CluesBucks in contests/promotions, then they will be valid for a period as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the contest/promotion.
- You can check your CluesBucks balance in My Accounts -> My CluesBucks section.
- CluesBucks can neither be exchanged for cash nor transferred.
- CluesBucks are not issued on promoted gold coins & bars and selected products (electronics).
- The usage of a CluesBucks is subjected to all terms & conditions including ShopClues' policies.
- TDS is applicable to customers whose earned CluesBucks exceed the limit of Rs.10,000. The credit shall be subject to customer submitting requisite documents, as desired by ShopClues.
- Applicable only on selected products, CluesBucks can be availed at the time of order payment.
